We only collect management fees if rent is collected for the property. Their are no maintenance fees, vacancy fees or hidden fees. The only cost of WBRM Management is a 10% management fee and a 25% placement fee if we are placing a tenant for you. We personally address every tenants needs to ensure you don’t get any calls at 2 am. As a landlord you have a direct 24/7 communication line to your management service. Every Landlord signs a one year management contract, if within that year you are not happy with your service we will work hand in hand to ensure the best solution is created. We offer an online portal for our clients to view the financial statements on each one of their properties.
